I represent you, not the property. That means telling you when something isn't worth it, where to hesitate, and what a listing leaves out, even when it costs me the sale. Buying or selling, you get the same straight answer.

Understand what you're really looking for: not just budget and bedrooms, but priorities and dealbreakers.
Research and filter properties, and speak directly with the agents or owners behind them.
Organise and attend viewings with you, or on your behalf.
Compare options side by side, so you can see the real trade-offs between them.
Flag what needs checking: licences, community fees, what's planned next door.
Negotiate on your side and keep it moving to completion.
When something needs a lawyer, architect, surveyor or tax adviser, I bring one in. I won't pretend to be one myself.
